When you volunteer, no matter where you choose to serve, you are vital part of a team that is reaching this community. You are helping River Ridge Covenant Church create an atmosphere that is conducive to life change and help us reach our community and world.
Children's Ministry - GET INVOLVED
Our Children's ministry is always looking for teachers and assistants for our Sunday morning programs.
Youth Ministry - GET INVOLVED
There are always needs with our teenagers. We have openings to help in our Sunday AM programs, Tuesday night with Jr. High and Wednesday nights with High school students.
Family Support Center Family Shelter - GET INVOLVED
The Family Support Center has opened up a permanent shelter for families in need of emergency housing. They need volunteers to staff the shelter overnight. Shifts are from 7pm to 7am. Volunteers must be 18 (or accompanied by an adult) and attend a mandatory one hour training session.
Women’s Ministry – GET INVOLVED
We have two women’s bible studies that meet once a week from September to May. The evening study meets on Mondays from 6:45-8:30pm. The morning study meets on Thursdays from 9:15-11:15am. In 2010, we will study Esther: It’s Tough Being a Woman by Beth Moore. If you are interested in joining a study or being on a mailing list for other women’s ministry events, let us know!
Men's Ministry- GET INVOLVED
The River Ridge Men meets every second Saturday of the month from 7:30-9:00am for a light breakfast and discussion that allows us to LOVE, GROW, and SERVE God and each other.
Serve Team – GET INVOLVED
The Serve Team looks for local, regional and global ways for our church to serve. Currently, our church is partnering with the Family Support Center to help local families who are in need of extra strength and support. We are also partnering with Mercy Tree Ministries and YWAM-Antigua to help families in Panabaj, Guatemala who were devastated in the 2005 mudslide. If you have a heart for service or know a way that RRCC can serve, we would love to hear from you!
Alpha Taskforce - GET INVOLVED

Cookies and Care Ministry - GET INVOLVED
Our “Ramblers” (age 55+) are on call to make visits, or phone calls to those who are in difficult, or lonely, circumstances.
Quilting Ministry - GET INVOLVED
Quilts made from donated fabric are sent to Uganda. for the “Shelter Ministry” for night-commuters (children who walk in from villages to sleep in safety from LRA rebels). Meets on the first Tuesday and third Saturday of each month from Noon-5pm.
